An important milestone for Calucem!
Today marks an important milestone for Calucem as Cementos Molins has reached an agreement with Private Equity Fund Ambienta SGR S.p.A., to acquire 100% of the shares Calucem.
The closing for the transaction, is targeted for the last quarter of 2021, and is subject obtaining the approval from the competition authorities.
