    Extreme Temperature-Resistance – The Innovative HiPerCem®

Demand is growing for ever more stable high-performance products. The hydraulic binder plays an important role in refractory concretes. It has an influence on the rheology and setting characteristics as well as the sintering behavior and chemical stability.

The new CALUCEM HiPerCem® Calcium Aluminate Cement (CAC) is recommended for formulating highly sophisticated refractory concretes. The innovative HiPerCem product concept is based on the extremely high proportion of reactive CA phases combined with an optimized grain size distribution.

HiPerCem offers formulators and manufacturers of fireproof products an expanded range of options for developing refractory concretes, thereby allowing their technical properties to be optimized. Moreover, HiPerCem enables more flexible formulations to be developed at lower costs.

We also offer further products for conventional castables (CC).
