    Fast Setting – High Green Strength

    These typical properties of Calcium Aluminate Cements (CAC) make them sought-after raw materials for a variety of applications in the field of construction chemistry.

    Do you need a rapid hardening mortar with high green strength?

    When added to Portland cements, CAC accelerates strength development.

    By mixing in further additives you can systematically optimize mortar properties such as flow characteristics, water retention, adhesion or shrinkage. Moreover, by adding CAC you can control the hydration process and the hardening time according to your requirements, as CACs can absorb more water than Portland cements and set more quickly. Surfaces created or repaired with mixtures containing CAC can therefore be used after a very short period of time.
